Japanese Mushroom Complex · 30-day daily system
HIME
MATSUTAKE
A Japanese tablet formula uniting Iwade 101 fruiting-body powder with ITO-S mycelium and culture-filtrate extract.

Why it is distinctive
One cultivated mushroom.
Two complementary fractions.
Hime Matsutake is the Japanese name used here for Agaricus blazei Murrill, a cultivated mushroom with a long history in Japanese functional-food research.
The formula does not rely on a single powder. It combines disrupted fruiting-body material from Iwade 101 with an ITO-S mycelium and culture-filtrate extract concentrate.

Inside the formula · per 5-tablet daily serving
Two mushroom fractions.
One verified label basis.
Five tablets weigh 1.25 g. The 1,250 mg mushroom declaration is an equivalent amount stated on the label, while 15 mg is the guaranteed mannan polysaccharide–protein component.Hime Matsutake dual mushroom complex
The Japanese label states that five tablets are equivalent to 1,250 mg of combined Himematsutake mycelium extract and disrupted fruiting-body material.
Mannan polysaccharide–protein complexes
A guaranteed component declared for the five-tablet daily serving; the pack also identifies β-(1→3) and β-(1→6)-D-glucan–protein complexes.
Ginkgo biloba leaf extract
A supporting botanical extract listed after the two Himematsutake ingredients in the current Japanese composition.
Vitamin C, vitamin B2 & folic acid
Three micronutrients complete the current tablet composition; individual quantities are not stated on the available Japanese panel.

A compact Japanese tablet ritual
Mushroom research heritage.
Designed for everyday use.
The brown triangular tablets bring the two mushroom-derived fractions, their guaranteed polysaccharide–protein component, ginkgo and selected vitamins into one 30-day format.

Evidence, with the
right boundaries.
The ATOM polysaccharide–protein complex
A 1997 mouse study examined an ATOM complex prepared from Iwade strain 101. It is useful for understanding historical ingredient research, but it is not a human trial and does not establish an outcome for this finished product.
Genotoxicity and 13-week dietary safety
A published safety programme evaluated a specified Iwade strain 101 extract in standard genetic-toxicology tests and a 13-week rat study. The tested extract and doses are not equivalent to the complete Yotsuba tablet.
Six-month tolerability research
A small phase I study assessed another Agaricus blazei supplement in people in cancer remission. It primarily informs tolerability at the tested doses and must not be read as efficacy evidence for Hime Matsutake.
Double-blind repeated-intake safety report
A 2006 placebo-controlled report evaluated continued intake of a freeze-dried Iwade strain 101 preparation in 46 adults. It is useful as strain-specific safety context, but the preparation and intake level are not equivalent to this tablet formula.
Published ATOP · ITO-S clinical report
A 2006 Japanese report described an ATOP · ITO-S preparation in people with advanced cancer. The report was small, uncontrolled and conducted alongside medical care; it cannot establish efficacy and is not a trial of this finished product.
Mycelium extract and immune-checkpoint signalling
A 2021 cell study examined a subcritical-water extract of Himematsutake mycelium and measured changes in immune-checkpoint molecules and dendritic-cell maturation markers. This is in-vitro mechanistic research, not evidence of a clinical outcome or a test of the Yotsuba tablets.

Current Japanese composition: Himematsutake fruiting-body cell-wall-disrupted powder (manufactured in Japan), Himematsutake mycelium and culture-filtrate extract concentrate, ginkgo biloba leaf extract powder / crystalline cellulose, vitamin C, vitamin B2, shellac and folic acid.
Allergen information: No statutory allergen is separately declared on the available Japanese panel. Verify the approved destination-market label before sale.
Format & daily serving02
Nutrition per daily serving03
Nutrition values are stated per five tablets (1.25 g).
Use, storage & precautions04
Take five tablets daily with water according to the current export directions. Store away from high temperature, humidity and direct sunlight. Because the formula contains ginkgo biloba, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if taking anticoagulant or antiplatelet medication, managing a medical condition, preparing for surgery, pregnant or breastfeeding. Discontinue use if an adverse reaction occurs. This is a food supplement, not a medicine.

Frequently asked
Clear answers,
without overclaiming.
01What is the daily serving?+
The current export directions indicate five tablets daily with water. The Japanese panel also gives a general range of five to ten tablets; the approved destination-market label remains authoritative.
02What does 1,250 mg equivalent mean?+
It is the label-declared equivalent of the combined Himematsutake mycelium extract and disrupted fruiting-body material in five tablets. It should not be added again to the 1.25 g physical serving weight.
03Which mushroom fractions are included?+
The formula combines cell-wall-disrupted fruiting-body powder from the Iwade 101 strain with ITO-S mycelium and culture-filtrate extract concentrate.
04Why do the pack and publications spell the mushroom name differently?+
The pack uses Agaricus blazei Murill. Scientific publications commonly spell the author name Murrill, while modern taxonomic literature often uses Agaricus subrufescens for this cultivated mushroom.
05Are the cited studies trials of this finished product?+
No. They concern specific Agaricus preparations or isolated complexes. The complete Yotsuba formula has not been represented as clinically tested in the sources shown here.
